A Mission Called StratCom

What is state strategic communication? What is its purpose, why should the state conduct it and how? How does it address the concerns of some people that it attempts to promote one official correct view and a modern form of censorship? These and other questions will be answered by Otakar Foltýn, the Czech government strategic communications coordinator and former chief of the Czech Military Police, who was also deployed in Kosovo and Afghanistan. The discussion will be hosted by Zdeněk Veit, the deputy editor-in-chief of the Czech Press Agency, and Jakub Hříbek, a student of journalism.
