Through a dynamic yoga (ashtanga yoga), I realized that I needed more calming down and started to practice mainly yin yoga and classical hatha yoga. In my classes, I try to inspire others to calm down and relax rather than clench and tighten. I love exercise and life with everything it brings. By mindful stretching, we will stir up the energy in our bodies and start a beautiful new day!
