I used to do a lot of dynamic yoga (ashtanga yoga), but then I realized that I needed to calm down, so I started practicing yin yoga and classical hatha yoga. In my classes, I try to lead people to calm down and relax. I love movement and exercise as well as life and everything it entails. We will stretch out and stir up the energy in our bodies and start a beautiful new day! Come to join us and enhance your awareness through movement!
