Africa belongs to the fastest growing regions in the world. Many countries are experiencing unprecedented economic growth, while others are descending into chaos and poverty. It is a continent with the youngest population and the oldest leaders. It abounds in the resources we need for the future, as well as threads to our security. Voxpot reporter Filip Brychta will talk about the latest developments on this vibrant continent. Filip Brychta is a reporter for Voxpot. He focuses on the African continent and the Global South. He regularly travels to Africa and has recently launched a video podcast called Africa. Filip Brychta studied Security and Strategic Studies and Media Studies at Masaryk University in Brno and African Studies at the University of Hradec Králové.
