A workshop for all highly-sensitive people who would like to find peace and harmony. We will introduce practical exercises and focus on our bodies. We will talk about inner boundaries and how to protect them. We will learn how to work with our sensitivity and what we need. If you feel that you are somehow different, that you perceive the world more deeply, get easily overwhelmed or tired, then you should come to our workshop led by Alena Wehle, a therapist, experiential educator and author of the book Citlivka, and Petr Bouška, a lecturer and therapist in training.
