Golden Age of Science Fiction Television: The 1960s American TV Shows

Science fiction TV programmes found their way to American prime times during the mid1960s. Later on, they started to be screened on European channels too. During these times, the quality of American sci-fi shows notably improved. The lecture will analyse the works of Irwin Allen or the steampunk TV series Wild Wild West. It will also mention the anthologies Twilight Zone and The Outer Limits and as a bonus the cult Batman series with Adam West.
