Grigris, Mahamat-Saleh Haroun’s fifth feature film, blends a social theme, smuggling crime story and a drama of a disabled person. Dancer Grigris’ lifelong dreams are challenged by poverty and current African reality. The film stars physically handicapped Souleyman Démé who dances and performs with outstanding charisma.
