A group of young people living in a large house in the suburbs of Copenhagen makes up
a game: whenever they go out in public, they pretend to be idiots. The only Lars von
Trier’s movie filmed in accordance with the Dogme 95 Manifesto combines the razor-
sharp social commentary with provocation.
