The White Lady

Zdeněk Podskalský / Czechoslovakia 1965 / 91 min. / HD file
The atmosphere of the 1960s gave rise to an original parable about Czechoslovak society during the totalitarian era. Based on a great screenplay by Karel Michal, the film was shot by the well-known comedy director Zdeněk Podskalský. The White Lady, full of various allusions and references, was placed in a vault after three years in cinemas. Appropriate satire does not lose its relevance.
