A Woman's Decision

Marta, an accountant, leads a monotonous family life. The calm course of her existence is interrupted by a chance encounter with an ex-colleague that makes her to reconsider her marriage. Although this contemporary melodrama does not rank among Zanussi’s best-known films, it foreshadowed the rise of the Cinema of Moral Anxiety.
